Winter meetings get started next week and rumors flying around of who the Mariners might end up with. The Seahawks could be getting reinforcements on the way to help out their defense and who is the MVP of the defense?
Danny Kelly, The Ringer, pays Puck a visit and they talk about the Seahawks defense and the rough patch of play that Sam Darnold has found himself in. Are the Seahawks faithful losing faith? The offense need a second option and right now no one is stepping up. Danny chimes in on Puck’s question of who the MVP of the Seahawks defense is. Danny asks Puck what’s going on with Lamar Jackson and they discuss an incredible stat involving Patriots quarterback Drake Maye.
John Canzano from JohnCanzano.com joins Puck from Corvallis where Oregon State will introduce JaMarcus Shephard as their new football coach. They also discuss the other candidates that were up for the job and was Shephard the first choice or did Oregon State settle for him? Did Oregon State reach out to Jonathan Smith? Lane Kiffin has left a mess and who is responsible for that mess? The new College Football Playoff Rankings come out later and where will the Oregon Ducks be ranked and why are we rooting for chaos??
